Privacy of Student Records and Information
St. SWAG视频 University informs students of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, (FERPA), as amended.听 This Act, with which the institution intends to comply fully, was designated to protect the privacy of education records, to establish the right of students to inspect and review their education records, and to provide guidelines for the correction of inaccurate or misleading data through informal and formal hearings.听 Students also have the right to file complaints with The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act Office concerning alleged failures by the institution to comply with the Act.

St. Kate鈥檚 Intellectual Property policy governs the rights to ownership, use and distribution of revenues from commercialization of intellectual property among authors, creators, inventors, the University, and sponsors. This policy also incorporates the University鈥檚 鈥渇air use鈥 guidelines which are intended to help University faculty, staff, and students interested in the proper and legal use of copyrighted material. Federal Student Financial Aid Penalties for Drug Law Violations

Student Loan Information
If a student borrows a federal student loan and/or the parent of a student borrows a federal parent loan, Franklin College will submit loan information to the National Student Loan Data System which is accessible by guarantee agencies, lenders, loan servicers, and schools determined to be authorized users of the data system.

Refund Policy & Requirements for Return of Federal Financial Aid
A student who officially withdraws from school may be entitled to full or partial reduction of charges for tuition, fees, housing and meal charges. Students should refer to the Financial Aid Policies webpage and click on Federal Refund Policy.

Graduation rate after six years for undergraduate baccalaureate programs (four year degrees) and after three years for associate programs (two year degrees). These rates are only for full-time students who enrolled at St. SWAG视频 University as degree-seeking college students for the first time. The rates do not include students who began their college careers at another institution and do not include students who enrolled as part-time students during their initial term of enrollment.

Job Placement Rates for Graduates
St. SWAG视频 University uses the National Association of Colleges and Employers First-Destination Survey to capture outcomes for all degree levels to provide data regarding how new college graduates fare in their careers within six months of graduation. The outcomes include working, still looking, and not seeking.
For the 2021 - 2022 academic year, 871 graduates, which represent 72% of the institution鈥檚 total 1,213 graduates from the College for Women, College for Adults, and Graduate School, completed the survey and self-reported the following:
